Financial backing for the Kota Kita Project in Jakarta

Transition Fund has committed to support the Kota Kita project in Jakarta, a pioneering urban transition program focused on vertical social housing and sustainability. Transition Fund’s involvement in Kota Kita project will enable the fast deployment of a first pilot project and at the same time prepare for a fast scaling to support Indonesia government ambitious target of the 3 million new homes being built every year, ensuring that urban development aligns with environmental and social priorities.
